The Dasenech are also known as “the people of Circumcision” and living at the bank of Omoriver (The third largest river in Ethiopia and the valley itself is named after this historical river) whose life economy is based on this river with their everyday activity. Their land borders the Omo River, a few of the live in Kenya and Sudan. They dwell in huts around a community cattle corral.
